DIVIDED

Divided is making the decision about whether to stay or leave. The emotional reflection of this indecision begins to be seen with the porcelain being physically torn, almost completely splitting the cube. The repetition of the deep, porcelain cuts, seen again and again throughout the series, creates a harsher visual sense and further alludes to how extreme this decision can be. The series expresses the intense reoccurrence of this theme and how encompassing one contradiction can turn out to be.
